Below you’ll find answers to the questions we get asked the most.

How do I open a trade account and benefit from trade discounts?

If you are buying on behalf of a business you will qualify for a trade account. Fill in the application form and send it to We will reply to you within 24 hours (Monday – Friday) to confirm that your account has been opened.

Do you charge for delivery?

Consumer orders over £85 + VAT and trade customer orders over £100 + VAT are delivered free of charge. For orders under this amount there is a delivery charge of £4.99 (inc VAT) for consumer orders and £5.00 + VAT for trade customer orders.

Do you deliver at weekends or Bank holidays?

We deliver Monday – Friday only, not on weekends or bank holidays.

What is your Christmas schedule?

All orders received by 12 noon on 23rd of December will be processed and shipped for delivery between Christmas and New Year.


Our offices will close at 5pm on 23rd of December and re-open at 9am on Monday, 4th of January 2021. Any orders received during this period will be processed and shipped on our return.

How long will my delivery take?

We deliver via UPS/ DHL/ Royal Mail. After placing an order you will receive an order acknowledgement and delivery will be within 2-5 working days.

Please note: for orders of 10+ cases per line, lead-time will be advised separately.

Do you deliver throughout the UK?


Can you deliver to a PO Box or Freepost address?


Does the delivery require a signature or can it be left outside my house or with a neighbour?

All deliveries regardless of carrier used will require a signature. Deliveries are made during opening hours for businesses and between 9:00 – 17:00 to residential addresses.

For UPS deliveries you will receive a tracking no. with your order acknowledgement. If you are a member of UPS My Choice you can manage your delivery including re-directing your parcel to a UPS collection point or choosing a delivery date. It can take up to 5 days to register with UPS My Choice.

For DHL deliveries you will receive a text message and /or email on the morning of delivery advising you of a time window for the delivery.  You will also be given options to manage your delivery (reschedule/ leave in a safe place etc).

We use 2nd class signed for service for our Royal Mail shipments. These will reach you within 2-3 working days  from date of dispatch.

Do you export?

Yes we can. Please contact us at for a delivery time and cost to your address.

How should I store the nuts/snacks?

Once opened always re-seal the pack to keep airtight and preserve freshness. Store in a cool dry place.

What shelf life will the nuts/ snacks have?

Unless specified, all nuts and snacks will have a minimum of 2 months shelf life on dispatch.

Can I return the goods?

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of goods. Please notify us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel the order by email: or by post. Please return the goods within 14 days of their receipt for a full refund or exchange. Any returns must be unopened and in their original packaging and will be at your cost unless we have sent the wrong items. In this event we will pay the carriage costs for the incorrect items.

Why do you ask for a telephone number when placing an order?

This is because UPS ask for a contact number.

Can I open a trade credit account?

For a trade credit account please contact us at and we will send a credit application form. Please note you will not be able to order on line when ordering through a trade credit account.
