Baked Cashews with a moreish Umami seasoning, characteristic of traditional Japanese cuisine with its deeply satisfying savoury flavour

Handmade in our Italian caramelising pans and coated the traditional way with a smooth dark chocolate. It’s a small batch process requiring skill and experience but definitely worth the time and effort involved!
