Baked & Salted Mixed Nuts:
‘This attractive mix of nuts is a showcase for on-point roasting. The nuts are obviously great quality, the crunch is superb and the individual character of the nuts shines through with integrity.
A delicious and very moreish nut medley. Overall, these are far fresher, crisper and more enjoyable than most packaged nuts.’
Chilli Cocktail Mix:
‘The components have been roasted to perfection and have huge visual appeal. The almonds have a great crunch and wonderful creaminess while the peanuts added further delicious crunch.
This mix has a great crunch – not just the corn; the peanuts and almonds have real bite too.’
Caramelised Sesame Peanuts:
‘These have a great crunch, with clear tastes of the peanuts and the sesame seeds. It seems to be a complicated process, and the producer should be congratulated on the success of a product which packs a complex, crunchy and moreish taste.
The aroma is peanut-rich and the judges commended the consistency of baking throughout.’
Sriracha Chilli Almonds:
‘Roasted almonds with a light dusting of seasoning, these tasted really good. The nuts were deliciously crunchy and the seasoning was well balanced with a warmth from the sriracha and a sweetness from the almonds.
A good moreish snack – we enjoyed the crunch and the bright heat of the sriracha.’
Sweet Chill Peanuts & Cashews:
‘The heat builds slowly and persuasively, building flavour in the mouth and making you want to eat more. The creaminess of the cashews and the nuttiness of the peanuts is a great mix. We loved them.
Nicely nutty on the nose and the nuts crunch freshly with a good flavour of the sweet chilli which is well judged. Definitely moreish.
