Baked salted cashews with a wonderful crunch

Not your average fruit & nut mix – not a peanut or raisin in sight. Instead of which we’ve brought together some of our specialities for a unique Cambrook version of milk chocolate orange almonds, caramelised cashews, dark chocolate cranberries and baked almonds.

Grown in the Cusco region of Peru, these giant corn kernels are roasted and spiced with a lively chilli seasoning to give them a wonderful crunch and a spicy kick

A Cambrook twist on this classic Spanish bar snack. We season our crunchy roasted giant corn with a subtle black truffle and sprinkle with a lively pecorino cheese and sea salt.
